Athens Ready-To-Go Fillo Dough Five- and 15-pound Packs Offer Menu Flexibility
CLEVELAND – August 13, 2007 – Athens Foods, the world’s largest producer of fillo dough and fillo-based products, introduces Ready-To-Go Fillo Dough™ in a new five-pound case to complement its 15-pound pack.
Fully-prepped and pre-layered, Athens Ready-To-Go Fillo Dough enables chefs to customize and create tasty appetizers, enticing entrées and trendy desserts. Ready-To-Go Fillo Dough is pre-layered sets of five 14-inch by 18-inch sheets of fillo dough thinly coated with vegetable shortening. Eliminating the time-consuming steps of brushing and layering allows chefs to reduce labor and preparation time and focus on presentation and menu development.
Athens new, smaller Ready-To-Go pack creates new menu possibilities for a variety of operations.
