SWEET AND SPICY CALIFORNIA PHYLLO SHELLS

Ingredients

2 large avocados
15 Athens Mini Fillo Shells (1 box)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can sweet corn kernels

Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature or soften in the microwave. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, avocados, pickled jalapeños and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Use a Ziploc bag to pipe the filling into the shells. Garnish each shell with corn kernels. Serve immediately.



Yield: 15 appetizers
