Make it Fabulous with Fillo Recipe Contest Entry
15 Athens Mini Fillo Shells (1 box)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
6 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup dark chocolate bar, shaved
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter and honey. Beat until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among the shells. Place the shells on a baking sheet and bake in preheated 375F oven for 5-8 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven to wire rack to cool.
When cool, place on serving plate and top with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkling of the chocolate shavings.
