BEEF WITH GORGONZOLA AND WALNUTS  Ingredients 5 oz. small diced round steak 1/8 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary leaves Dash salt and pepper 1 teaspoon canola oil 1 tablespoon red wine 3 tablespoon cranberry sauce 15 Athens® Mini Fillo Shells (1 box) 3 tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese, for garnish 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts for garnish
Season steak with rosemary, salt and pepper. In a small skillet heat oil and sauté steak 3-5 minutes. Add wine and cranberry sauce and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Spoon 1 teaspoon of filling into each fillo shell. Garnish with 1/2 tespoon each of cheese and walnuts. Bake preheated 350ºF oven for 5-7 minutes. Serve Warm
