CAPPUCCINO FLUFF

Ingredients
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons cappuccino dry beverage mix
1/3 cup marshmallow crème
3 tablespoons fat free, non dairy whipped topping
15 Athens® Mini Fillo Shells (1 box)
15 chocolate covered coffee beans or cinnamon, for garnish

In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cappuccino mix and marshmallow crème. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons of filling into each Fillo Shell. Garnish with chocolate covered coffee bean or dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
