MINI REUBEN SHELLS  This recipe received honorable mention in Athens Holiday Mini Fillo Shells Recipe Contest. Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped lean deli corned beef 1/4 cup well drained and finely chopped sauerkraut 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese 2 tablespoons Thousand Island salad dressing 15 Athens® Mini Fillo Shells (1 box) 1 teaspoon caraway seeds In a medium bowl, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing, mixing lightly. Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into each Fillo Shell. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 12 minutes. Sprinkle caraway seeds on each Mini Reuben. Serve immediately.
