Make it Fabulous with Phyllo Contest Entry
Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, diced small
- 3-4 plum tomatoes, diced small
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- Cilantro sprigs, for garnish
Directions
Chop avocados and tomatoes and gently combine in a bowl. Add lemon, Tabasco and salt to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Fill each Phyllo Shell with the tomato salsa and garnish with a sprig of cilantro. Serve immediately.
