Cottage cheese and fruit join forces in this healthier alternative to the usual snacks.
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 package (15 count) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 1 cup assorted berries and/ or other fruit
Spoon cottage cheese into phyllo shells. Top with fruit.
For further fun and flavor, add several sunflower seeds, a dash of ground ginger or a sprinkling of oat bran or wheat germ. Serve immediately
