Mango Salsa

This mango-powered salsa goes great with our Cajun Scallops and our Phyllo Chimichangas.

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup finely chopped Spanish onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 red chili pepper, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice from one lime
  • Salt to taste


In medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour. (Wear rubber gloves when handling jalapeño pepper.)
