Ingredients
- 2 package (15 count, each) Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
- 1 box (11 ounce) Jello No Bake Cheesecake Mix
- 1 1/4 cup milk, cold
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
- 3 1/2 tablespoon Kalua
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
- 1-2 drops brown gel food coloring
- 1-2 drops orange gel food coloring†
Directions
Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Cool. Remove crust mix packet and set aside. Use only the filling mix packet.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat milk and cheesecake mix for 30 seconds at low speed. Beat for an additional 3 minutes at medium speed. Remove half of the batter to another bowl and add the brown food color and Kalua, beat well. Divide the remaining batter into 2 small bowls, one having slightly less than the other. To the bowl with the smallest amount, mix in Baileys Irish Cream. To the third bowl add orange color and Grand Marnier. Beat well.
Pipe the brown filling to the top of each shell. Pipe the orange filling on top of the brown letting a little of the brown show. Complete by piping the white filling on top allowing the brown and orange to show through in layers.
