Ingredients
- 1 tray (45 count) Athens Mini Phyllo Shells, spinach flavor or traditional
- Prepare assortment of your favorite spring-roll fillings such as:
- Shrimp
- Rotisserie chicken, shredded
- Rice noodles
- Napa cabbage, finely chopped
- Baby corn
- Carrots. matchstick cut
- Bean sprouts
- Shitake mushrooms
- Green onions
- Cilantro
- Assorted sauces such as:
- Sweet Chili Oil
- Spicy peanut
- Hoisin
- Soy
- Hot mustard
Directions
For added crispness, preheat oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Put small bowls or ramekins with fillings on your spring-roll bar along with a tray or basket of Athens® Phyllo Shells.
Guests fill shells with desired ingredients to make creative and individual spring rolls.
