Ingredients
- 32 ounces Napa cabbage, finely shredded
- 12 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 ounces Champagne vinegar
- 4 ounces scallions
- .25 ounces salt
Directions
Mix above ingredients together and allow to macerate for 1 hour. Toss again before serving.
