Description
Easy-to-make crème filling uses instant pudding mix and Greek yogurt, piped into crisp Athens® Phyllo Shells for a delightful no-bake dessert that’s grounds for celebration.
Ingredients
2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 cup milk
2 cups coffee-flavored Greek yogurt
1 package (4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
½ cup whipped topping
Coffee beans, chocolate mini chips, raspberries or banana slices for garnishing
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Cool.
MAKE AHEAD: In a medium bowl, whisk instant coffee into milk until dissolved. Whisk in Greek yogurt until blended. Slowly add and whisk in pudding mix until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Put the filling into a pastry bag. Chill until serving time.
To serve, pipe the mixture into the shells. Garnish with coffee beans, chocolate mini chips, raspberries or banana slices. Serve immediately.
