Ready to serve in 20 minutes, these easy, bite-sized desserts feature a creamy mixture of Nutella, cream cheese and shredded coconut.
- 1/2 cup Nutella®
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup coconut, unsweetened, shredded
- 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
Preheat oven to 350⁰F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Nutella®, cream cheese and 1/4 cup coconut. Spoon or pipe 1 tablespoon of filling into each shell. Top each shell with some of the remaining coconut. Place filled shells on a baking tray and bake for 5-8 minutes or until coconut is lightly browned. Serve.
