Petite Cheesecake Cups

These sweet, creamy and crunchy desserts can be accented with a variety of toppings — such as nuts, berries, chocolate chips or crumbled cookies — to create a personalized party favorite.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 packages (30 count) Athens® Phyllo Shells
  • 1/2 cup seasonal fruit, preserves or favorite topping for garnish


In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and flour. Blend in egg, vanilla and lemon juice, until smooth.
Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon of filling into each Phyllo Shell. Bake in preheated 325°F oven 12-15 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately.

TIP: Create a toppings bar using the Cheesecake recipe as the base.
