Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound chorizo
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (frozen or canned)
  • 1/2 cup cheese (Mexican blend), shredded
  • 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells

Directions

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chorizo, breaking into crumbles as it cooks. After chorizo is cooked remove from skillet and spoon onto paper towels to absorb excess grease. Return to skillet and mix in corn.
Fill shells with the sausage mixture and top with cheese. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
