- 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 1 cup sunflower butter
- 1 cup fresh berries
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (3 chips per cup)
- 2 ½ tablespoons hemp seeds
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350°F.
Take the shells out of the packaging and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 3-5 minutes. Crisping up the shells before filling results in the best texture.
Spoon sunflower butter into each phyllo shell, then top with berries, chocolate chips, and hemp seeds.
Can be stored in the fridge or enjoyed immediately.
