Teriyaki Beef Wasabi Mini Shells

Introduce these party finger foods for a satisfying and easy way to get any occasion started.

  • 2/3 pound deli roast beef, 1/4” diced
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup wasabi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
  • Sprigs of green onions and cilantro for garnish, optional


In a small bowl, combine diced roast beef and teriyaki sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Whisk together wasabi sauce and honey. Drain marinade from beef. Fill shells with beef and drizzle wasabi mixture on top. If desired, garnish with green onions and/or cilantro.
