Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Shape heaping tablespoons of ground beef into 30 patties. Cook patties in a large frying pan over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Drain on a paper towel.
Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Top each shell with a mini burger and a portion of cheese. Bake for about 6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the shells are crisp.
