Rich creamy brie nestled in crispy phyllo and topped with blueberries. Easy delicious appetizers.
1 wheel (8 ounce) Brie (peeled if desired)
2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
1/4 cup blueberry preserves
1 pint blueberries
Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice brie into 1/2″- 3/4″ cubes. Place phyllo shells on a baking tray and fill each with 1 cube of brie. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese just starts to melt and bubble. Remove from oven, spoon 1/2 teaspoon preserves on each and top with blueberries. Serve warm or at room temperature.
