Creamy smooth avocado, smoky bacon and a little chipotle heat come together in a light crispy phyllo shell. Cook in your air fryer for quick taste bud happiness!
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo sauce, diced
2 tablespoons corn kernels
1 Hass avocado, 1/4″-1/2″ diced
10 slices precooked bacon, cut to 1/2″-3/4″ pieces
1/3 cup gouda cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, chipotle, corn, avocado, bacon, gouda and cumin. Spoon mixture into phyllo shells. Place shells in air fryer pan. Cook in preheated 350ºF air fryer 3-5 minutes or until filling begins to melt and phyllo shells are golden. Serve immediately.
