Chocolate chip cookie dough, cinnamon chips, pecans and instant oats come together nicely in this ready-in-15 minutes phyllo shell dessert.
- 2 packages (15 count ea) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 16 ounces premade chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1/4 cup cinnamon chips
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
- 2 tablespoon instant oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, for topping
Place phyllo shells on ungreased baking sheet. Combine all of the remaining ingredients except coconut in a small bowl. Place even amounts of the mixture into each of the shells. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake for 5-8 minutes in preheated oven at 350°F. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
If you cannot find cinnamon chips, increase pecans a little and add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
