Ingredients
- 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 10 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 teaspoon orange extract or almond extract
- 30 slices canned mandarin oranges packed in juice, drained
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped nuts, such as a mixture of peanuts and almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3–5 minutes. Cool.
In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, honey and extract. Pipe or spoon mixture into shells. Place one mandarin slice on each and sprinkle with nut topping.
