Honey Greek Yogurt Mini Shells With Mandarin

  • 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
  • 10 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon orange extract or almond extract
  • 30 slices canned mandarin oranges packed in juice, drained
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped nuts, such as a mixture of peanuts and almonds


Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3–5 minutes. Cool.

In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, honey and extract. Pipe or spoon mixture into shells. Place one mandarin slice on each and sprinkle with nut topping.
