These easy, four-ingredient desserts feature ricotta cheese and orange marmalade in a Mini Phyllo Shell.
- 1 package (15 count) Athens® Mini Phyllo Shells
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/3 cup almonds, sliced
Place the shells on a serving dish. In a small bowl, combine the cheese and marmalade. Evenly fill the shells with the cheese mixture. Top each shell with a pinch of almonds. Chill and serve.
