These easy, four-ingredient desserts feature ricotta cheese and orange marmalade in a phyllo shell.
- ½ cup ricotta cheese, drained
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 1 package (15 count) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- ⅓ cup almonds, sliced
- Candied orange wedges, for garnish
- Orange zest strips, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and marmalade. Spoon mixture into phyllo shells. Top each with a few sliced almonds. Garnish with a candied orange wedge and orange zest strip. Chill and serve.
