Description
“Plant” assorted berries and fruits in a bed of chocolate pudding — all nestled into a phyllo shell “pot” — with these fun and easy desserts.
Ingredients
- 2 kiwi
- 2/3 cup chocolate pudding
- 8 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens Phyllo Shells
- Assorted berries
- Assorted fruits (strawberry, cantaloupe, honey dew, pineapple, mango)
Directions
Peel kiwi and slice into small, “leaf-like” strips. Thinly slice other fruits and then cut with mini flower or heart shaped cookie cutters.
In a small bowl, mix together pudding and cookie crumbs. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of pudding mixture into each shell.
Insert fruit and berries partially into the pudding mixture to represent sprouting flowers.
