Ingredients
  • 32 ounces Napa cabbage, finely shredded
  • 12 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 ounces Champagne vinegar
  • 4 ounces scallions
  • .25 ounces salt

Directions

Mix above ingredients together and allow to macerate for 1 hour. Toss again before serving.
