Make it Fabulous with Phyllo Recipe Contest Entry
- 2 packages (15 count each) Athens® Mini Phyllo Shells
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- chopped peanuts, for garnish
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, chocolate peanut butter and honey. Beat until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among the shells. Place the shells on a baking sheet and bake in preheated 375F oven for 5-8 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven to wire rack to cool.
When cool, place on serving plate and pipe or spoon on whipped topping. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
