Cheesy beefy steak bites with peppers, onions and a phyllo crunch in a matter of minutes. So good!
1 cup frozen tri-color peppers and onions
4 frozen sandwich steaks (such as Steak-umm), broken into 1 ½ – 2” pieces
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons steak sauce
2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
In a medium sauté pan over high heat, cook peppers and onions three minutes. Add steak and cook two additional minutes or until the meat has browned. Stir in cheese and steak sauce. Spoon into phyllo shells.
Serve and enjoy.
