Chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff and peanuts settle into a crunchy Mini Phyllo Shell in these easy-to-assemble treats.
- 1 package (15 count) Athens® Mini Phyllo Shells
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 chocolate pudding cup (6-ounce)
- 1/8 cup peanuts, chopped
- 15 whole peanuts, for garnish
Arrange shells on serving dish. Using a Ziploc bag or pastry bag, pipe one teaspoon of marshmallow fluff into the shells. Then pipe in chocolate pudding. Top shells with a whole peanut.
Tips: Melt a semi-sweet chocolate bar. Dip each shell into the melted chocolate and then into the chopped nuts before filling the shells.
