- 4 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 1 tub (24.3 ounces) Philadelphia Ready to Eat Cheesecake Filling
- Assortment of your favorite cheesecake toppings such as:
- Cherry pie filling
- Strawberry preserves
- Mini chocolate chips
- Chocolate syrup
- Caramel topping
- Crumbled sandwich cookies
- Crushed pineapple
- Chopped nuts
- Chopped candy bars
For added crispness, preheat oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3–5 minutes. Cool. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into shells. Put small bowls or ramekins with fillings on your cheesecake bar along with a tray of mini cheesecakes.
