The perfect bites for breakfast entertaining! Whether your guests want savory or sweet, you’ve got them covered. These mini shells are also a great size for kids. Include them in the assembly process for exposure to a variety of foods, textures and flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Athens Phyllo Shells
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- a few slices of smoked salmon, broken into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon sliced scallions
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F and toast shells for 3 minutes.
Fill half of the shells with yogurt, then top those shells with berries, granola and a drizzle of honey.
Fill the other shells halfway with a spoonful of cream cheese (you can also add the cream cheese to a frosting bag to squeeze into the shells). Top with smoked salmon, capers and scallions.
