Winner in the 1-2-3-4 Mini Phyllo Shells Recipe Contest
- 1 package lime Jell-O*
- 1/2 cup lite lemon yogurt
- 1/2 cup mango, sliced
- 1 package (15 count) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 2 Tablespoons coarse sea salt
In a medium bowl, prepare Jell-O according to package instructions.
Spoon a teaspoon of lemon yogurt into each Phyllo shell. Add a slice of mango and fill each shell with prepared Jell-O. Refrigerate until serving. Garnish with coarse sea salt if desired.
