- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 30 fresh raspberries
Add cream cheese to mixer and mix for a minute.
Add in melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Mix together on medium speed for 3 minutes until fluffy and combined.
Add filling to phyllo shells and top each one with a fresh raspberry. Chill and serve.
