- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon lavender flowers
- 2 packages (15 count, each) of Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 1/3 cup granola
- 2-3 apricots, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Extra honey and lavender for garnish
Combine the Greek yogurt with honey and lavender flowers.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of the yogurt into each phyllo shell. Add 1 teaspoon of the granola, followed by a teaspoon of chopped apricots. Garnish with extra honey and lavender flowers, if desired, as well as a sprinkling of flaky salt.
- To pick a ripe apricot, look for one that is fuzzy and soft and has a deep orange or yellow hue.
