Mini peanut butter cups and cheesecake filling settle into phyllo shells for these sweet and easy treats.
- 2 packages (15 count ea) Athens® Phyllo Shells or Graham Cracker Flavor Shells
- 30 Mini Peanut Butter Cups
- 3/4 cup pre-made cheesecake filling, (such as Philadelphia Cheesecake Filling)
Arrange phyllo shells on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place a peanut butter cup in each shell. Bake for five minutes in preheated oven at 350°F. Remove shells from oven.
Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling onto each shell. Serve immediately.
