Creamy, savory brie and sweet & spicy red pepper jelly come together to make this easy, irrestible appetizer. All it takes is 10 minutes and 4 ingredients!
- 8 ounce brie cheese
- 1/2 cup Red Pepper Jelly or Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
- 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel rind off brie. Slice 30 small pats of brie and place in shells. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon pepper jelly on each.
Place on 1″ apart on baking sheet. Bake 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with thyme sprig and serve.
