Bite size appetizer recipes work well with many types of parties and other occasions, whether you’re having a few neighbors over for the evening, entertaining co-workers or entertaining relatives over the holidays. It’s always wise to give people options. Guests love to sample bite size appetizers and recipes they may want to try in the future.


Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli, frozen, thawed
  • 1 1/4†cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 packages (15 count, each)® Mini Phyllo Shells

Directions

Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Chop broccoli into 1/4-1/2″ pieces. In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the broccoli, cheeses, eggs and seasoning.  Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of filling into each shell. Place filled shells on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve.
