Chef’s Choice in the 1-2-3-4 Mini Phyllo Shells Recipe Contest
- 1 package (15 count) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 1 cup chicken, cooked, finely diced (store bought/rotisserie)
- 1 packet Sazon seasoning
- 1/2 cup prepared guacamole
- 1/4 cup tomato, seeded and finely diced
Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet and bake in preheated 350°F oven for 3-5 minutes for added crispness. Allow to cool.
In a microwaveable bowl, toss diced chicken with Sazon seasoning to coat well. Microwave 1 minute to heat through. Stir. Fill each shell with approximately 1/2 tablespoon of guacamole, top with seasoned chicken, garnish with diced tomatoes.
