- 1 package (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
- 2 ounces smoked salmon, sliced approx. 3″ length
- 1 package (8 ounce) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons capers, for garnish
Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese into each shell. Place a slice or two of smoked salmon on top of cream cheese. Garnish each shell with capers.
For added crispness, preheat oven to 350°F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Cool and fill.
