Description
Two ingredients. That’s all it takes to wow friends and family alike. This simple raspberry puree goes great with our Apricot Phyllo Pinwheels and our Apricot Stars.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Red Raspberries
- 1/3 cup Sugar
Directions
Combine raspberries and sugar in a food processor and puree for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Strain.
Serving Instructions:
Place two tablespoons of Raspberry Coulis on plate and arrange two apricot pinwheels on top. Garnish with powdered sugar or fresh mint leaf if desired.
