Ingredients
  • 12 ounces hummus
  • 1 tray (45 each) Athens®  Phyllo Shells, tomato flavor or traditional
  • 1/2 cup English (seedless) cucumber, halved lengthwise sliced
  • 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced

Directions

Pipe hummus into each phyllo shell.

Top with cucumbers, tomatoes and onions.

Serve at room temperature.

Tips
