- 12 ounces hummus
- 1 tray (45 each) Athens® Phyllo Shells, tomato flavor or traditional
- 1/2 cup English (seedless) cucumber, halved lengthwise sliced
- 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
Pipe hummus into each phyllo shell.
Top with cucumbers, tomatoes and onions.
Serve at room temperature.

For added crispness, preheat oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Cool and fill.
