Ingredients
  • 12†ounces hummus
  • 1 tray (45†each) Athens® Mini Phyllo Shells, tomato flavor or taditional
  • 1/2 cup English (seedless) cucumber, halved lengthwise sliced
  • 12†cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2†cup red onion, sliced

Directions

Pipe hummus into each mini Phyllo shell.

Top with cucumbers, tomatoes and onions.

Serve at room temperature.

Tips
