An easy, tasty appetizer recipe submitted by Flakery contest winner, Sara Frost.
- 1 package (15 count, each) Athens Original Flavor Phyllo Shells
- 1 log soft goat cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 Bosc pears
- 2 tablespoon chopped chives
Using electric mixer, whip goat cheese and heavy creme until stiff peaks have formed. Chop pears into small cubes. Scoop whipped goat cheese into individual phyllo shells. Top with pear, sprinkle with chopped chives, and a small drizzle of honey.
